Free Shipping and Rates
- Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders of $200 or more within United Kingdom. For orders under $200, a flat shipping rate of $10 applies.
Order Processing and Shipping Timeframes
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as orders cannot be redirected once dispatched. Orders are processed on the same day they’re accepted (excluding weekends and public holidays) and are typically shipped within 24–48 hours of payment verification, depending on stock availability. The shipping timeframe may vary based on credit card authorization. During sale periods, processing may take up to an additional 24 hours. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday.
Tracking and Delivery Estimates
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress. United Kingdom people orders typically arrive within 7–8 days, while international orders may take up to 14 days.
International Orders
- Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or shipping price adjustments incurred for returns and exchanges.
Delivery and Responsibility
- We recommend having your parcel delivered to an address where someone is available to receive it between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. QuickXShop does not assume liability for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once they leave our premises.
